Job Responsibilities Design, develop, customise, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to support business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Develop and support integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and internal/external systems.
Create and maintain workflows, plugins, custom entities, and automation processes within the CRM environment.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to CRM platform roadmaps and best practices.
Produce and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and support procedures.
Support testing activities, deployments, and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery.
Experience Required Minimum 4+ years' experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement platforms.
Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, business process flows, and integrations.
Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data models, and security concepts.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Proven ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience delivering solutions within large enterprise environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills Experience within financial services or other regulated industries.
Knowledge of Power Platform technologies including Power Automate and Power Apps.
Experience with Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Exposure to API development and third-party system integrations.
Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent third-level qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. xyswxtq
Relevant Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
