This role is ideal for a professional with over 5 years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing and probate, looking for a challenging yet rewarding career opportunity.
Day-to-day of the role: Handle all aspects of conveyancing from initial instruction to completion.
Manage probate cases from initial instruction to final distribution.
Oversee estate administration and the drafting of wills.
Work independently to manage a busy caseload and collaborate effectively within a team.
Engage with clients directly, providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in conveyancing and probate.
Strong organisational, administrative, and drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a busy caseload.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of handling clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads, and consistently meet deadlines.
