The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure, a strong background in integrating systems using various technologies and patterns, and demonstrable expertise in .NET development.
This role involves designing and optimising integration solutions, creating and managing API interfaces using Azure Integration Services (including APIM), and ensuring robust, secure, and scalable integrations with Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, Key Vault, Service Bus, API Management (APIM), and Data Factory.
Implement and manage API interfaces to facilitate seamless integration with Dynamics 365 and other systems.
Integrate with both modern (ODATA, REST) and traditional (SOAP) interfaces, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
Utilise Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Develop and promote new standards and practices to improve team quality, capability, and velocity.
Mentor and coach junior team members new to Azure, building strong team capability.
Ensure integration solutions adhere to best practices for security, compliance, and performance.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise integration performance and resource usage.
Engage with stakeholders and non-technical audiences to clarify requirements and communicate solutions.
Requirements Proven experience in Azure Integration Services and Dynamics 365 integration.
Strong understanding of Azure integration and automation services (Logic Apps, Function Apps, App Service, Power Automate, and API Management), including their strengths, weaknesses, and appropriate use cases.
Strong understanding of ODATA and other integration patterns.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong C# programming skills and experience with .NET-based integration solutions.
Strong test focus, with an understanding of test needs and approaches/tooling for the various stages of the CI/CD pipeline.
Familiarity with SOAP interfaces and traditional integration methods.
Azure Developer certification is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to document integration flows, transformation logic, and patterns clearly.
Experience with cloud cost optimisation and monitoring is desirable. xyswxtq
