This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile development with a well-established contractor delivering large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing all finishing and fit-out activities, ensuring works are completed to the highest quality standards, safely, on programme, and in line with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all finishing and snagging activities on site.
Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour during the final stages of construction.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all finishing works.
Monitor progress against programme and report regularly to Site Management.
Manage and close out snag lists in conjunction with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and building regulations.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure defects are rectified promptly.
Promote and maintain high health and safety standards on site.
Assist with project handover and completion documentation.
Liaise effectively with Site Managers, Project Managers, Design Teams, and Clients.
Requirements Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman with a main contractor.
Strong track record delivering high-quality finishes on large-scale construction projects.
Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.
Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
Strong communication and organisational abilities.
Ability to work to demanding project deadlines.
Relevant construction qualifications desirable.
Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and other relevant site certifications.
Package Competitive salary of €70,000 €80,000 depending on experience.
