The Role: Support individuals with day-to-day living Assist with personal care and medication Encourage independence and social inclusion Maintain accurate records and follow care plans Work as part of a supportive team What were looking for: Minimum Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework (BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent Health/Social Care qualification).
CORU registration, or proof of application in progress.
At least 1 years experience supporting vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
Knowledge of current national and sectoral policy developments within disability social care services.
Ability to implement, review, and contribute to support plans tailored to individual needs.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Full drivers licence and access to own car essential.
