Key Responsibilities Provide senior-level SAP BASIS support across production and non-production environments Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and proactive issue identification Manage and maintain SAP system backups, restores, and disaster recovery processes Lead and execute system copies, refreshes, and client administration activities Respond to and remediate priority incidents, outages, and critical system failures within agreed SLAs Ensure SAP system security configuration and compliance with internal policies and best practices Support ongoing stability and reliability of enterprise SAP landscapes Collaborate closely with internal SAP technical teams and stakeholders Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex technical issues Requirements Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience as a SAP BASIS Consultant in enterprise environments Strong, demonstrable experience supporting both: SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Proven experience in SAP system monitoring, backups, restores, and system copies Strong background in SAP technical architecture and administration Experience handling high-priority incidents and system outages in live environments Ability to work independently and hit the ground running with minimal handover Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e.
Stamp1G Spousal, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
