Job Title : SAP HCM Functional Business Analyst
Location : Dallas, TX – Hybrid Role 3 days in Dallas Office
Pay Rate : $76.19/hr on w2 Paid Weekly!
Anticipated Class Start Date : 7/6/2026
Initial Assignment Length : 3+ Months (Extension is possible based on performance, attendance, and business need)

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Business Analyst to support and enhance SAP HCM solutions for a global retail organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP HCM PA/OM, HR business processes, SuccessFactors integrations, and SAP Fiori ESS/MSS while providing production support and partnering with HR stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP HCM PA/OM, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits.
Troubleshoot SAP HCM issues, employee data, workflows, and system integrations.
Support SuccessFactors, ADP, UKG, and other HR system integrations.
Analyze business requirements and create functional specifications.
Support SAP Fiori ESS/MSS enhancements and user experience improvements.
Monitor interfaces, batch jobs, payroll processes, and resolve production issues.
Collaborate with HR, technical teams, and global stakeholders to deliver system improvements.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of SAP HCM Functional/Business Analyst experience.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM PA/OM configuration.
Knowledge of Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits.
Experience with SuccessFactors integrations, IDocs, and SAP Fiori ESS/MSS.
Familiarity with LSMW, SE16/SE16N, SM37, Ad-Hoc Queries, and basic ABAP debugging.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
