Overview We are seeking a Business Integration Lead professional to strengthen the partnership between Information Security and the business by driving collaboration, governance, communication, and strategic security initiatives. This role serves as the primary liaison between Information Security and business units, ensuring security is effectively integrated into projects, operational processes, and organizational decision-making. The Business Integration Lead will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, mature the organization's security program, improve executive visibility into cybersecurity risks, and help ensure security supports business objectives while reducing organizational risk.
Responsibilities
Contribute to policy, standards, and procedure development.
Serve as the primary liaison between Information Security and business units across the organization.
Coordinate security requirements for business projects, acquisitions, and technology initiatives.
LeadEmployee SecurityAwarenessTraining
Staycurrent onthe latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
Provide guidance and mentoring to Information Security team members.
Partner with IT, Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, and other departments to integrate security into business processes.
Assistin mergingand maturingtheoverallprogram roadmap
Assistwith enterprise risk assessments
Assistwith regulatory, audit, and compliance initiatives.
Assistwith developingdashboards and reporting for operational and executive visibility
Coordinate third-party security reviews and business partner engagements.
Support continuous improvement oftheInformation Securityprogram
Qualifications Required
Strongcritical thinking skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, enterprise technology, and business operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to influence and build relationships without direct authority.
Strong presentation skills.
Experience leading cross-functional projects.
4 years of Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related experience.
Preferred
4-yearDegree inInformation Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
4 years of experiencewithin information technology, information security, and/or businessadministration
Experience with governance, risk management, compliance, or business relationship management.
Relevant Certifications
Project management experience
