- New Homes Full time office based in Dublin 2 Opportunity to work for a growing residential developer New Homes / BTR Background The role helps manage partnerships with government, institutional, and strategic customers.
It includes analysing commercial opportunities, coordinating activities, and working with stakeholders from start to finish.
The Business Development Executive collaborates with Investment, Finance, Construction, and Legal teams to support good decisions and effective delivery.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver partnership initiatives.
Monitor partnership activities, milestones, and reporting requirements.
Conduct market and commercial research to assess new opportunities.
Prepare updates and reports for senior leadership and decision-making forums.
Build understanding of business operations, projects, and strategic priorities.
Communicate partnership progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Key skills required At least 3 years experience in the real estate sector, with a background in property economics, property development, commercial agency, or estate management. xyswxtq
Experience in commercial property valuation and/or agency is highly desirable.
