About the Role As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for supporting clinical excellence across the home while providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the nursing and care teams.
You will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of care and ensuring residents receive the support and attention they deserve.
Key Responsibilities Lead and support nursing staff in the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
Promote best clinical practices and maintain a strong culture of resident safety.
Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations and nursing home policies.
Monitor standards of care and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Assist with staff supervision, coaching, and professional development.
Support effective communication between residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
Participate in clinical audits, care reviews, and governance activities.
Help create a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
What We're Looking For Registered General Nurse with a current NMBI registration.
Previous experience in a senior nursing role within a nursing home or elderly care setting.
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
Strong organisational and decision-making skills.
A compassionate and resident-centred approach to care.
