The Automation Manager is responsible for delivering effective operational support, rapid breakdown response, structured troubleshooting, and leading root cause analysis for automation, control, electrical, and data-related issues.

DeliverautomationimprovementprojectsfocusedonOEE,reliability,andprocessefficiency.
Ensureallactivitiescomplywithsafety,quality,GMP,cybersecurity,andchangecontrolstandards.
Qualifications&Requirements DegreeinElectricalEngineering,Automation,ControlSystems,orrelatedfield.
Strongexperienceleadingautomationorproductionsupportteamsinhigh-volumemanufacturing.
Provenabilitytomanageoperationalsupport,includingprioritisation,escalation,andfollow-up.
Hands-onexperiencewithPLCs,HMI,SCADA,batchsystems,industrialnetworks,andmanufacturingdatasystems.
ExperiencewithsystemssuchasIgnition,FactoryTalk,RockwellPLCs,SAP,WMS,orOEE(desirable).
Strongtroubleshootingandrootcauseanalysiscapabilityacrosstechnicalsystems.
ExperiencedeliveringimprovementprojectsfocusedonOEE,reliability,andrepeatissuereduction.
Strongcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskillsacrossoperations,engineering,IT,andleadership.
Commercialandoperationalawareness,balancingpriorities,compliance,andrisk.
Stronganalyticalskills,usingdatatodrivedecisions.
