We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in website management, digital campaign execution, and performance analytics, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Duties & Responsibilities In this role, the Digital Marketing Associate will manage and support the firm’s digital presence, website performance, and online marketing initiatives. You will:
Manage and maintain the firm’s website and related digital properties, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and optimization for lead generation
Support SEO, AEO, GEO, and PPC campaigns in collaboration with external vendors, including ongoing optimization and performance monitoring
Track, analyze, and report digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics to evaluate traffic, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
Oversee and maintain digital platforms including social media channels, online review sites, email marketing systems, and CRM integrations to support lead tracking and engagement
Coordinate digital and graphic marketing assets, including website content, video library optimization, YouTube channel management, and collateral development across print and digital channels
Assist in preparing monthly marketing performance reports and updates in coordination with the Marketing Director and leadership team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; 5+ years of digital marketing experience preferred
Strong experience managing websites, preferably WordPress and Elementor
Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, AEO, GEO, and digital lead generation strategies
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and perform in a fast‑paced environment
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and decision‑making skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and attorneys at all levels
