Link Personnel have a great opportunity for a Corporate Reception to join the Client Reception Team of a prestigious Law Firm.

Highly proactive and committed, the team ensures a seamless and professional experience for every visitor.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic reception team, working closely with IT, Catering, and Facilities to ensure smooth operations.

Manage a high volume of telephone calls effectively.
Coordinate internal meeting room bookings, including catering arrangements.
Book taxis and issue swipe cards as needed.
Handle a range of administrative tasks and respond to queries promptly.
The Candidate: Is highly professional, reliable, and brings energy and focus to their work.
Thrives in a busy environment, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure.
Is an engaging, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Is organised, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Has a minimum of two years experience in a corporate environment and enjoys being part of a team.
Is dependable, adaptable, and willing to work shifts (between 7:45 am and 6:30 pm).
