This is a hands-on role where you'll support daily machining operations, take ownership of more complex setups, and help maintain quality and efficiency across production.
What you'll be doing Set up and run CNC and manual machines for precision components Support the team with tooling changes and troubleshooting Read engineering drawings and ensure parts meet spec Carry out in-process inspections using measuring tools Make machine adjustments to improve quality and output Keep your work area safe, clean, and organised What we're looking for Experience in a machining or manufacturing environment Ability to operate or set CNC/manual machines Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling Confident reading engineering drawings Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills xyswxtq Team player with a proactive approach Nice to have: experience in turning, milling or similar disciplines, CNC controls (Fanuc/Heidenhain), or inspection/CMM work Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG
