This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll play a key part in the day-to-day finance function, taking ownership of month-end reporting, management accounts, billing, cash flow forecasting, payroll coordination, and statutory reporting across multiple international entities.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare month-end management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations Manage customer billing and order-to-cash processes Maintain cash flow forecasts and recurring revenue reporting Coordinate global payroll and pension processes Prepare VAT returns and statutory submissions Drive process improvements through automation, ERP optimisation and AI tools Minimum Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) 3+ years' experience in a financial accounting role, ideally within xyswxtq a SaaS or technology business Strong experience with month-end close, reconciliations and billing processes Excellent Excel skills and ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) Commercially minded, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Passionate about improving finance processes through technology and AI Skills: management accounting month end cashflow billing revenue reporting ACA ACCA
