Job Description Job at a glance We're looking for a People Partner to join The Stepstone Group on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting our Go-to-Market division in Ireland across our three core brands: IrishJobs, Jobsie and As our People Partner, you'll independently support our Sales and Service teams in Ireland, acting as a trusted partner to managers and leaders across the business.
You'll provide expert guidance on people matters, support organisational change initiatives, and help drive a high-performance culture aligned with our values and business objectives.
Working closely with our Centres of Excellence (COEs), including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, People Operations, and Talent & Development, you'll ensure the consistent delivery of our People strategy and contribute to a seamless employee experience across the organisation.
This is a hybrid role, and we ask all employees to attend the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Responsibilities Partner with leaders to understand business priorities, align people initiatives to organisational goals, and provide coaching and challenge to enable effective decision-making.
Support managers through performance management processes, including disciplinary procedures, grievance management, and performance improvement plans.
Ensure HR policies, practices, and initiatives remain aligned with employment legislation and organisational standards.
Partner with managers to drive employee engagement, performance, development, and retention.
Support organisational change initiatives and contribute to the successful implementation of people programmes.
Qualifications Your skills and qualifications 35 years' experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist in a fast-paced environment, supported by a third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Strong HR generalist expertise, including policy development and significant employee relations experience.
Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels, with strong negotiation and change management skills and a proven ability to drive positive outcomes.
Commercial mindset with the ability to align people initiatives to broader business objectives.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
