ASDA Caf Manager - Full Time - Castleford

Were recruiting an experienced and passionateCaf Manager to lead the ASDA caf operation in Castleford. This is a hands-on role for a strong leader who can deliverexcellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations in a busy retail environment.

As Caf Manager, youll take full responsibility for the caf, leading your team to deliver consistent standards while driving performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead, supervise, and develop yourcatering and front-of-house team
• Ensure smooth daily operations across the caf
• Managebudgets, stock, and labour to meet targets and KPIs
• Maintain high standards offood safety, hygiene, and compliance
• Build a positive customer experience and represent the brand
• Identify opportunities to improve service and drive sales
• Support, train, and motivate your team to perform at their best

• Passionate aboutcustomer service
• Experience managing teams in acaf, retail, or catering environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to managefinancials, stock, and performance targets
• Level 2 Food Hygiene and relevant catering qualifications (desirable)
• A motivated, hands-on leader who thrives in afast-paced environment
