To build and lead a world-class sales development organization, the full-time Head of Sales Development will own the entire sales development function, including strategy, hiring, and process optimization, while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Own the sales development function, including strategy, hiring, and performance metrics Build and coach a high-performing team focused on outbound and inbound pipeline generation Collaborate with the CRO and Marketing on pipeline targets, forecasting, and campaign strategies
Required qualifications
5+ years in B2B sales development or similar roles, with at least 2 years in a management position Proven experience in building or significantly scaling a pipeline generation function Strong understanding of outbound strategy and prospecting methodologies Experience in hiring and developing early-career sales talent Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
