What You'll Do As a Saddle Stitch Operator, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality products that reach millions of consumers. You'll: Set up and operate advanced saddle stitch equipment Monitor quality and production standards to ensure exceptional results Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance Optimize machine performance to maximize efficiency and productivity Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals
Experience with Muller Martini 12-40 pocket machines or Goss 855s is a plus, but we welcome operators with experience on other saddle stitch equipment. What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for individuals who take pride in their craft and enjoy solving challenges. You bring: Saddle stitch operating experience Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret technical instructions Understanding of bindery operations and safety practices Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
