It has carved a niche for itself in the SAP Services industry by providing cutting‑edge solutions for BPM, UX, etc. Hence, it has focused more on building custom apps – called Smart Apps – for platforms such as Mobility, Social & Cloud.
Job Description My client is expanding its business in the US and is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager experienced in the ERP domain. This role focuses purely on new business and is suitable for people who are highly sales‑hungry and can exploit their exceptional sales skills to achieve results.
Identify potential customers in a sales zone and develop/execute a business development plan to reach them.
Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new revenues.
Present to potential clients through direct communication in face‑to‑face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
Manage the sales cycle from the initial contact through to the closure of the deal.
Develop a pipeline of qualified leads through personal initiative, planning, networking, marketing activities, and execution to achieve quarterly sales targets.
Demonstrate competence in qualifying, presenting, and demonstrating the product as well as services that you will be selling.
Demonstrate effective customer‑oriented sales skills, exceptional relationship building, group presentation and closing skills.
Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored.
Have individual responsibility for new business; expected to be autonomous while being part of a growing team of people with the same job title. Work in close collaboration with management for complex large pitches and strategies.
Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation following the company’s procedures.
Ability to articulate client project requirements to company delivery personnel.
Work closely with the marketing team to organize events and marketing campaigns to promote the company.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP solutions sales, including execution of multiple concurrent sales efforts.
Proven sales ability and full knowledge of the sales process.
Confident negotiator capable of closing deals.
Ability to self-motivate and multitask and work independently or within a team.
Capable of hands‑on problem‑solving with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
Ability to work in close and transparent collaboration with project and technical teams.
Strong communication skills in all forms, including written, oral, email, telephone and presentations.
