Role Overview The HR Manager will serve as a trusted adviser to leaders and employees across the Irish operations in delivering the people strategy across the Irish office network.
Key Responsibilities include: Acting as a trusted advisor translating business priorities into pragmatic people plans Identifying critical roles, succession risks and developing leadership pipelines Ensuring high quality execution of the employee lifecycle Engaging employees across all levels in Training and Development activities Support hiring managers on recruitment activities / workforce planning and ensuring high quality hires across all Irish entities Support reward governance on salary positioning/comp reviews Oversee the company appraisal process Own HR controls in terms of compliance and employment legislation Key Requirements A professional qualification in HR, Business, Law or related discipline Proven capability and experience in HR Management xyswxtq roles
- preferably in professional services Experience of HR management in multi site organisations highly desirable Strong systems and reporting capabilities Excellent communication / engagement skills Skills: HR Management Compliance Training & Development Employee Relations People Skills HR Benefits: Pension Fund Medical Aid / Health Care
