The organisation is experiencing significant nationwide growth and is seeking a strong HR leader who can support both operational excellence and company culture during this exciting phase of expansion.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping employee experience, supporting leadership teams, driving recruitment strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring best-in-class HR practices across the organisation.
The Role As HR Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day HR function while working closely with senior leadership and operational teams across the business.
This role requires a commercially aware, adaptable, and highly organised HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can build strong relationships at every level of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & Strategy Lead and manage all day-to-day HR operations Support the implementation of people strategies aligned with business growth Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant with employment legislation Provide professional HR guidance to managers and employees Support workforce planning and organisational development initiatives Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple departments Support hiring managers in attracting and retaining high-performing talent Coordinate onboarding and induction processes Support succession planning and employee development initiatives Employee Relations & Workplace Culture Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture Manage employee relations matters professionally and confidentially Support disciplinary, grievance, and performance management procedures Promote employee well-being and engagement initiatives Build strong relationships across operational and management teams Performance & Development Coordinate performance review processes Identify training and development opportunities Support managers in driving accountability and performance standards Assist in developing internal talent and progression pathways Compliance & Administration Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Support payroll and benefits administration Prepare HR reports and management metrics Collaborate with operational teams regarding health, safety, and well-being initiatives What Were Looking For: Essential Experience Minimum 5 years HR experience within a large-scale commercial environment Experience within construction, engineering, utilities, renewable energy, or similar sectors Strong understanding of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice Proven experience managing employee relations and HR operations Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Relevant third-level qualification in Human Resources Desirable CIPD qualification or equivalent Experience supporting operational or site-based teams Experience within a rapidly growing organisation Key Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and people-management skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Professional, confidential, and solutions-focused approach Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Commercial awareness and strong problem-solving capability Whats on Offer Competitive salary package Career progression opportunities within a rapidly growing business Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunity to play a key role in a high-growth renewable energy organisation Long-term career stability within an expanding sector Why This Opportunity Stands Out This is more than a traditional HR position.This role offers the opportunity to become a key strategic partner within a business undergoing significant nationwide expansion.
