Location: Dublin 12 Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: €34,000 €37,000 Benefits Pension Wellness programme Onsite canteen Free parking Monday to Friday, office-based role Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances Proactively recover outstanding debt through phone, email, and text communications Handle customer queries relating to invoices, statements, and account balances Process refunds, allocate payments, and assist with card, online, and EFT payments Maintain accurate records while ensuring a high level of customer service Requirements Minimum 3 years' Credit Control experience Strong MS Office and Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team GDPR knowledge is an advantage but not essential For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Paula Tavares or call Osborne Recruitment on .
