The candidate will be capable of overseeing residential projects to the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate trades on-site.
Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that arise.
Maintain strict compliance with pharmaceutical construction requirements.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects.
Strong knowledge of green field to finish Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong commitment to health & safety regulations.
