We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support teams and our senior business leaders in our head office.

Key responsibilities: Partnership Act as a key member of the HR team, contributing to the wider people agenda and overall HR priorities.
Build trusted partnerships with Heads of Department as a credible and reliable HR advisor.
Act as the lead HR contact for the department, working closely with recruitment, systems, talent and compensation teams.
Deliver HR solutions across performance, engagement, succession, retention and communication.
Coach Heads of Department on people matters including performance, engagement, reward, retention, development and organisational effectiveness.
Support and develop managers to strengthen leadership capability and team performance.
Help build a strong culture of engagement across teams.
Operational responsibilities Partner with department heads to resolve employee relations matters promptly and effectively.
Promote a learning culture by equipping managers with the tools and training to develop their teams.
Monitor HR metrics and trends, identify emerging people risks, and recommend actions to address them.
Support the development of high-performing, employee-focused teams with a strong feedback culture.
Lead core HR activity including workforce planning, headcount and budgeting.
Work closely with departments and the HR team to roll out and enhance employee experience initiatives.
HR improvement and automation Contribute as a key member of the HR leadership team, identifying opportunities to improve HR programmes, processes and service Identify opportunities to use automation and AI to improve HR processes, increase efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
Support HR system improvement projects.
The ideal candidate Minimum 10 years' HR experience gained in a large, complex and fast-paced organisation.
Experience in a consumer-facing, retail or service-led environment is preferred.
Third-level qualification in business, HR or a related discipline; CIPD qualification or equivalent Proven experience in HR business partnering, with responsibility for a business area or function.
Strong coaching, influencing and listening skills; a coaching or mentoring qualification is desirable.
A strong relationship builder with the gravitas to earn the confidence and respect of senior stakeholders.
Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to align people solutions to business priorities.
Able to work independently, take ownership and collaborate effectively within the wider HR team in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Proven experience supporting HR programme, process or systems improvement initiatives.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to change.
