Company is a well-known, 100% Irish owned and operated Fire and Security Systems organisation, working with a broad range of Industrial and Commercial sector clients on conventional and high-end systems.
The role will focus on preparing quotations and tender submissions for Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm projects, working from both site survey reports and online tenders.
Responsibilities: Prepare quotations for fire alarm, CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems.
Review site survey reports and translate findings into detailed quotations.
Assess tender documents and specifications from public and private sector opportunities.
Obtain and evaluate supplier pricing.
Produce detailed cost breakdowns and tender submissions.
Liaise with engineers and project teams regarding technical requirements.
Support sales and business development teams with technical costing information.
Ensure quotations comply with relevant standards and client specifications.
Maintain pricing databases and supplier relationships.
Assist with handover of successful projects to operations teams.
Requirements: 1+ years' experience within the Fire & Security industry OR electrical contracting.
Experience preparing quotations, estimates or tenders.
Good understanding of fire alarms, CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems.
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and site reports. xyswxtq
