We're looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our friendly and collaborative Customer Care team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.

The Role As a Customer Care Coordinator, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently and with care.
Working alongside a close-knit team of six, you'll play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting the day-to-day administration of the department.
Your responsibilities will include: Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email Providing a professional and efficient service to customers and drivers Updating and maintaining internal systems accurately Coordinating vehicle administration, including motor tax processing Managing fines, toll tags and fuel card administration Preparing reports and supporting the wider business with administrative tasks Following established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest levels of customer service Providing support across the team during busy periods and annual leave About You We're looking for someone with a great attitude and a customer-first mindset.
You'll ideally have: Experience in a customer-facing role such as hospitality, retail, customer service, administration or a contact centre Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A friendly, approachable and professional manner Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems A proactive approach and a willingness to work as part of a team A full, clean EU driving licence What We Offer We believe our people are our greatest asset, so we offer a supportive environment where you can develop your career.
