You'll take ownership of your section, ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities Manage your designated section during food preparation and service.
Produce high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
Ensure HACCP and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
Assist with stock control, stock rotation and waste management.
Support colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Maintain a clean, organised and professional work area.
About You Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or an ambitious Commis Chef ready for the next step.
Experience working in a busy hotel, restaurant or hospitality kitchen.
Passion for producing quality food using fresh ingredients.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Strong team player with a positive attitude.
Good understanding of HACCP and food safety procedures.
