The role involves the design and delivery of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
Please note: this is a Building Services / MEP Design position.
While Manufacturing Design and Building Services share some engineering fundamentals, applicants will need direct experience in mechanical building services design, MEP coordination, and relevant building regulations.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
Minimum 5 years experience in mechanical design for commercial/residential projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP design standards, codes, and building regulations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar design software.
