The Retail Development Specialist assists customers and sales associates at major department stores.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Additional duties may be assigned.

• Provides product knowledge
• Assists customers with viewing product
• Sells the product to customers
• Assists department store associates with completing sales transaction

Qualifications and experience:

• Sales experience, preferably in a watch or jewelry setting
• Ability to work with others
• Customer service skills sensitivity and patience
• Must be thorough and pay attention to detail
• Must have good verbal communication skills

Physical demands:

The employee is required to stand for long periods of time. The job may frequently involve stooping, kneeling, crouching.
