Join a team delivering integrated customer engagement solutions by combining Salesforce platform development with Amazon Connect cloud contact center capabilities. This role is responsible for building scalable CRM and telephony integrations that enhance customer service operations, improve agent productivity, and support seamless omnichannel experiences.
Requirements: Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification. 5+ years of Salesforce Development using Apex. Hands-on Amazon Connect implementation experience. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and platform integrations. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Amazon Connect, including CTI functionality, softphone integrations, call routing, IVR workflows, and contact flows. Configure Amazon Connect services, Lambda functions, and supporting AWS components to enable scalable contact center capabilities. Implement and optimize Service Cloud Voice or comparable Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and performance optimization while adhering to Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
