Job Summary Location: Must reside in Kansas City (or within a 45 mi range)
Key Responsibilities
Develops and executes long‑term organizational strategies for specialized or technically complex products or market segments.
Engages directly with high‑profile clients to set, negotiate, and finalize highly specialized contracts.
Acts as a specialist in complex solution selling, ensuring the technical integrity, feasibility, and profitability of proposals and systems presented to the market.
Develops strategy for sales enablement and technical engagement by integrating market data, product capabilities, and evolving customer applications.
Designs and develops industry leading sales frameworks, tools, and workflows that improve quote accuracy, cycle times, and win rates across complex opportunities.
Implements systems to track technical performance metrics, sales training efficacy, and solution deployment effectiveness in collaboration with analytics teams.
Consults on cross‑functional initiatives with engineering, marketing, and operations to guide product positioning and solution design decisions.
Interfaces with C‑suite executives and key external stakeholders to present technical insights, product roadmaps, and long‑term innovation strategies.
Serves as a subject matter expert on company offerings, guiding both clients and teams with specialized knowledge.
Acts as a company representative at key events, building relationships and highlighting core offerings.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.
Manages staff performance and development, coaching team members to achieve their full potential in contributing to the department’s goals.
Required Education & Experience Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
