We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers Complete service tickets accurately and professionally Follow all safety procedures and company standards Participate in an on-call rotation as needed Qualifications: Current EPA Certification required Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle Paid holidays Paid vacation Ongoing training opportunities Family-oriented work environment Year-round work with an established company About Us: Master Air, Inc. has been keeping Southeast Texas comfortable for nearly 40 years.
