Responsibilities

As a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you are an expert at maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, building guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class, in‑store guest experience, and supporting Store Leadership in driving KPI results.

You motivate and inspire the team through AEO’s core values, act as a role‑model leader, and hold associates accountable to AEO’s service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.

You prioritize recruiting and hiring strong talent, ensuring the store is always staffed to meet business needs, and you take pride in training and developing associates to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest First culture.

You challenge Sales and Stock Associates with clear, attainable goals and provide ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching, motivating associates and celebrating outstanding performance.

You naturally execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards, ensuring the Fitting Rooms are always guest‑ready and meet AEO Brand Standards.

Qualifications
You love AE and Aerie products.
You have led teams in a retail management role previously.
You can multi‑task and exhibit strong attention to detail; priority‑setting and time‑management are your strengths.

You have flexible availability—you are available to work when the guest shops.

Pay and Benefits
Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
