As a CSNation Store Manager you will lead a team by creating a culture of superior customer service, consistent sales delivery, operational excellence, and effective team development.
Responsibilities
Coach, train and develop the sales team on a daily basis.
Maintain operational standards to ensure accurate inventory, revenue reporting, effective promotions, appealing displays, and a welcoming store environment.
Recruit, interview, and retain a highly engaged sales team.
Drive marketing efforts using social media, networking, and outside events.
Deliver exceptional sales results, remain operationally sound, and provide professional care for both employees and customers.
Make the store the best possible experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
At least 18 years of age.
Background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
