Are you a self-starter who loves to start conversations, build relationships, and chase the win? Isogent is looking for a
Growth Representative
to help drive our next chapter of revenue growth — and grow your own sales career while you're at it.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and generate net-new opportunities across phone, email, LinkedIn & networking.
Expand existing client accounts through cross-sell and upsell conversations.
Introduce clients to our Managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, AI consulting & Microsoft solutions.
Qualify leads, schedule discovery meetings, and keep the pipeline moving.
Own CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting in GlassHive.
What You Bring
1–3 years of B2B sales, business development, or lead‑gen experience.
Tech, MSP, cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT services background a plus.
Excellent communication & consultative selling skills.
Hands‑on with CRMs (GlassHive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Curious, competitive, and goal‑driven.
