Key Responsibilities for a Sales Administrator
Manage inbound and outbound communication with homeowners to schedule in-home appointments
Coordinate sales team calendars and ensure efficient scheduling alignment
Track all client interactions and follow-ups using CRM and Outlook to ensure no missed opportunities
Process post-appointment documentation and maintain accurate records
Serve as first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional and welcoming experience
Qualifications for the Sales Administrator
Prior experience in administrative, front desk, or scheduling roles
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high-volume communication and follow-ups
Excellent phone presence and written communication skills
