Qualifications
Strong Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience managing a sales pipeline and converting prospects into buyers.
Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, including the ability to build long-term relationships with homebuyers.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present home features and community benefits clearly and confidently.
Experience in residential real estate, new home sales, or a related field is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, including weekends and evenings as needed for community events and buyer appointments.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in contracts, documentation, and follow-up.
Comfort with basic technology tools such as CRM systems, email, and virtual communication platforms.
High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
