Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

The Production Supervisor provides daily supervision and support to production employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role coordinates workflow, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures during assigned shifts.

Supervise production employees across multiple lines and maintain effective working relationships.

Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards, including GMP and sanitation rules.

Coordinate daily production activities and staff assignments.

Inventory management and accountability.

Working in company systems related to production.

Run and improve production and address performance deviations.

Conduct shift-start meetings, communicate expectations, and maintain documentation.

Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when necessary.

Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

Track attendance, timekeeping, and related shift reporting.

Work with Human Resources for employee disciplinary actions.

1+ years of experience.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety guidelines.

Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
