The Boost Mobile Retail Wireless Sales Team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager II to drive growth and profitability through data-driven merchandising strategy development and execution. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales operations, be results driven, communicate effectively, and have a high level of energy and strong organizational skills. This position will be located in Littleton, CO.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)- Manage the full lifecycle of merchandising initiatives and third-party vendors to guarantee high standards of compliance, budget adherence, and schedule execution
- Lead the cross-functional "Merch Swap" process to bridge corporate strategic planning with field execution across Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams
- Analyze product performance, sales trends, and consumer behavior to deliver data-backed recommendations and optimize brand positioning
- Evaluate the ROI of merchandising swaps and initiatives, generating clear reports on what drives growth versus what requires adjustment
- Deliver high-impact presentations and updates to executive leadership to maintain organizational alignment and visibility into program results
- Apply AI-powered data analytics and forecasting tools to identify emerging consumer trends and optimize future retail merchandising campaigns
- Mastery of program management methodologies to lead complex, cross-functional retail merchandising lifecycles from ideation to completion
- Strong capabilities in third-party vendor governance, ensuring service level agreements, budget limits, and execution standards are consistently met
- Advanced collaborative and persuasion skills to influence diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, Legal, Marketing, and Sales
- Deep expertise in data interpretation and retail sales analytics to convert raw performance metrics into strategic business decisions
- High organizational agility and self-directed problem-solving skills to navigate fast-changing retail environments
- AI literacy and application skills, specifically using generative AI and predictive models to accelerate report generation and market research
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum Experience: 4 years of experience in project, program, or delivery management
- Required Technical Skills:
- Managing end-to-end project lifecycles within retail sales operations or physical merchandising environments
- Directing and managing third-party operational vendors to meet strict project timelines and compliance guidelines
- Analyzing sales performance data and creating high-impact, executive-level presentations

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
