• Ensure the smooth operation of assigned floors and support the Housekeeping team in daily operations
• Train, guide, and support team members while ensuring compliance with hotel standards and SOPs
• Monitor cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
• Organize and coordinate daily workflows, staff assignments, and evening turndown service
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Coordinate maintenance and repair requests in collaboration with the Engineering department
• Manage Lost & Found procedures, inventories, and housekeeping storage areas
• Provide exceptional guest service and act as a role model within the team

• Passion for luxury hospitality and a strong commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect

• Completed training as a hotel specialist or equivalent qualification in the field of housekeeping

• Several years of professional experience in a similar position within the upscale hotel industry

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Highly organized and efficient working style

• Excellent communication skills

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a warm, authentic, and professional demeanor

• Very good command of English (company language)

• Additional German and/or French language skills are highly desirable; any further language is a definite advantage
