Change Management Program Manager

This Role will support our Change Management team.

Support the implementation of a new Change Management team.

Candidate will work closely with senior staff on the team to help identify significant changes that might impact processes.

Role will include creating meetings, minutes, drafting decks.

Support our internal tollgate process.

This group is working across 145 senior individuals within Client, 30 different department to source potential significant changes that could impact our Global Loan Processing environment.

Should have working knowledge of Global Loan Processing and how the processes work (3+ years).

Ability to work across different department to review and challenge projects and their impact to loan processing.

Understand the life cycle of a project.

Proven track record on running large scale transformation projects.

Work both independently and within a small team.
