Position Overview Outside Sales Representative Responsible for managing and growing core accounts within a FleetPride service center area to deliver world‑class customer experience and maximize retention. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by identifying repair opportunities across core, non-core, and new prospective clients. Collaborate with customers to develop tailored solutions that meet evolving business needs and align with FleetPride’s offerings. Partner with service center leadership to develop and implement strategic account plans outlining growth opportunities and milestones. Prospect and onboard new customers to the FleetPride network. Analyze customer data to identify trends, track progress, and make informed decisions that drive growth and retention. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) per core account, such as revenue growth, retention rates, and category expansion. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date account activities and data in the CRM system. Build and sustain strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders within core accounts. Provide regular customer engagement through onsite visits and sales calls to ensure satisfaction and alignment. Implement strategies to ensure core customer retention, monitor account health, identify additional opportunities, and address risks of churn. Address and resolve customer issues promptly to minimize disruption. Facilitate collaboration across service center teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Continuously seek improvements to the core account management process. Stay informed about industry trends, customer developments, and competitive offerings. Education & Training High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence Certificate. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Professional Experience & Knowledge Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience; preferred. Understanding of heavy‑duty parts and service industry prior experience preferred. Mechanical inclination and interest in fleet industry. Strong professionalism, credibility, and interpersonal skills. Technology Experience Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience with CRM utilization; preferred. Experience with Power BI utilization; preferred. Skills & Abilities Active Listening, Sales Acumen, Judgment & Decision Making. Computer skills – ability to learn new programs and improve performance. Intermediate–advanced knowledge of MS Office and office equipment. Communication – verbal and written expression. Collaborative – work across multiple departments. Critical Thinking and Problem Sensitivity. Working Conditions Dynamic environment involving service center, warehouse, and customer sites. Must lift up to 30 lbs and occasionally heavier items. Regular travel up to 80% of the role, driving or flying. Exposure to industrial environments; appropriate PPE required. Requires strong physical mobility and visual & auditory skills.
