Drive accountability and daily execution of key activities.
Build relationships with team members and customers alike.
Manage inventory – ordering, merchandising, and dealer trades.
Desk deals, manage gross logs, and RDR vehicles.
Train and assist the team in deal structuring, closing, and CRM best practices.
Work closely with the General Manager to hit all department objectives.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED (minimum).
Proven track record in automotive sales management.
High-level communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Strong understanding of inventory control and CRM tools.
Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
Positive, professional, and performance-driven.
Strong work ethic, teamwork mindset, integrity, moral character, and performance
