As a Sales Consultant at Exterior Medics, you'll help homeowners make informed decisions while protecting them from unreliable contractors. You bring professionalism, discipline, and follow-through to every interaction and are ready to make a meaningful impact with a company that recognizes and rewards performance.
What You'll Do:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Utilize pre-set qualified leads to conduct in-home consultations with potential customers. Build rapport and trust with homeowners, understanding their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints. Educate customers on our products, services, and the benefits of exterior home remodeling. Conduct thorough assessments of customers' homes, identifying areas for improvement and offering tailored solutions. Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to customers, addressing their specific requirements and concerns. Close sales and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and sales growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details in the CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive offerings to effectively position our services in the market. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Working Hours Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM What You'll Need: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of sales and account management experience in a hybrid administrative/field leadership role required. Proven proficiency in MS Office and Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and cloud-based project management platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and build strong relationships. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on delivering value to customers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. What We Offer: Strongly competitive commission structure with no limit on earning potential with every Sales Consultant on our team earning a minimum of $75,000 - $200,000+ annually.
