Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in the technology industry (e.g., servers, storage and networking equipment) and rack system integration.
Experience in supply chain logistics, compliance, and fulfillment processes.
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and with external partners.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $159000 - $231000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
Responsibilities
Oversee the creation, execution, and legal compliance of work orders, ensuring terms are aligned. Review operating procedures, functional and deployment plans and technology readiness.
Develop and track key performance indicators to create comprehensive reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure repair and warranty processes meet quality standards and remain on schedule.
Work with stakeholders to define and implement secure supply chain and logistics protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Prioritize and manage the backlog of fulfillment requests, ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate the delivery of equipment to customer sites, managing logistics, timing, and turn‑up procedures.
Assess site readiness, accept hardware shipments, and orchestrate the deployment of hardware and software components to ensure a smooth customer experience.
