The Senior Manager, Sales Development is a key leadership role within Remote’s GTM organization. The position drives pipeline generation and revenue goals for the APAC region, overseeing a team of SDR Managers and their direct reports, and shaping outbound strategy for the Sales Development organization. Key Responsibilities
Define and execute outbound strategy for the Sales Development organization. Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the Sales Development team. Coach and mentor SDRs and junior leaders, driving outbound pipeline generation and supporting career progression. Develop and implement programs to enhance SDR effectiveness and optimize results. Collaborate closely with regional Sales Leaders, Growth, Revenue Operations, and Enablement to improve pipeline quality and volume. Streamline internal processes and produce effective training materials. Report on key metrics, identify improvement areas, and refine qualification and prospect engagement strategies. Proactively manage performance of direct reports and provide guidance on sub‑team performance management. Hire, onboard, and develop new SDR and leadership talent. Foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning within the team. Qualifications
Experience in a second‑line leadership role focused on prospecting within APAC. Demonstrable success driving pipeline generation through outbound channels. Strong sales acumen, with a background in a closing role preferred. Proficiency with a robust tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or similar. Passion for hiring, onboarding, and mentoring SDR and leader talent. Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders, especially within Sales and Growth. Experience leading high‑impact cross‑functional initiatives from ideation through execution. Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into strategies that boost SDR performance. Remote work experience is not required but considered a plus. Salary Range
Base salary range: $95,000USD – $106,800USD (70% of total rewards). Compensation is competitive within each location and includes equity and benefits. The final offer will consider location, skills, experience, and market demand. Benefits
