Purpose The Rental Marketing & Merchandising Coordinator will support the online positioning, content, photography, and merchandising of rental properties across direct websites, booking engines, OTAs, and other rental distribution platforms.
Job Duties
Responsible for ensuring each property is accurately, competitively, and compellingly represented online through strong content, appropriate visuals, accurate amenities, room details, policies, promotions, and local area information.
This role will collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Digital Marketing, Distribution, Operations, and property teams to improve property presentation, guest engagement, listing quality, and booking conversion.
