Compensation
First-Year Anticipated Earnings: Approximately $50,000+
Second-Year Earning Potential: $100,000+ with established relationships and pipeline growth
Total Compensation Range: $50,000 – $150,000+

Position Overview As a B2B Construction Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships with contractors, builders, architects, designers, distributors, and commercial decision-makers. You will identify project opportunities, educate prospects on Tudelu's innovative architectural systems, and manage projects from initial conversation through closing.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the construction sales cycle, values consistency, and enjoys building trust-based partnerships over time.
What You'll Do
Develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and target markets
Build relationships with contractors, architects, designers, distributors, and commercial clients
Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of project opportunities
Conduct product presentations and consultations
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate architectural solutions
Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle
Follow up consistently with prospects and customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Travel locally and regionally as needed to meet with customers and project stakeholders
Maintain accurate records and sales activity documentation
Meet and exceed sales and business development goals
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
Experience selling within the construction industry or closely related sectors
Background in one or more of the following:
Construction Sales
Building Materials
Glass Sales
Window Sales
Furniture Sales
Architectural Products
Commercial Construction Services
Similar Construction-Related Industries
Minimum of 1 year with the same employer in recent positions
Demonstrated career stability and professional consistency
Valid Driver's License
Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings and project development
