Position Inside Sales Representative (IP&E)
Responsibilities
Build and maintain influential customer and supplier relationships.
Serve customers and suppliers on a daily basis.
Provide quotations and close sales.
Develop customer strategy and action plans.
Plan territory and account activities.
Support value‑added and supply chain engagements.
Qualifications
Minimum two years of sales experience.
Experience with interconnect passive electromechanical components.
Ability to build influential relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Collaborative ability to work with internal and external resources to generate results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
College degree preferred.
Arrow system experience is a plus.
Compensation structure: 60% base, 40% commission; base pay posted only.
Work Arrangement This position follows a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the Downers Grove office and two days remote.

Compensation Hourly base: $26–$28.80; On‑Target Earnings: $94,000–$100,000 with commission.
